StrengthLog – Workout Tracker
iOS Universel / Forme et santé
** The world’s most generous workout tracker – built by lifters, for lifters **
Tired of downloading gym apps and creating your account, just to be locked out in a matter of days if you don’t pay or watch endless commercials?
Our offer to you is 100% gains and 0% ads – with unlimited workout logging and free support for all users.
This app is both a workout log and a source for proven strength training programs and tools that will speed up your gains. With it, you're able to log every workout, view and analyze your progress, and find a workout routine that's right for you.
It’s truly built for lifters, by lifters (in cooperation with thousands of other lifters). We know that flashy features mean nothing unless everything works as expected. That’s why we listen to our users and add new features, as well as fine-tune existing ones. Have a request or suggestion? Drop us a line at app@strengthlog.com!
Our goal is to make the free version of the app the best free strength training log on the market! Using it, you'll be able to log an infinite amount of workouts, add your own exercises, view basic statistics and track your PRs (both singles and rep records). And you'll get access to a lot of workouts and training programs for different training goals, like building strength or muscle mass!
If you level up to a premium subscription, you'll gain access to more advanced statistics, our full catalog of training programs, great features such as quick stats for sets, and the ability to log sets with reps in reserve (RIR) or rate of perceived exertion (RPE). You will also contribute to the continued development of the app, and we thank you greatly for that!
Is that it? No, but it's easier to download the app and see for yourself the next time you're at the gym!

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and for the sixth year in a row we present you with our festive fitness advent calendar! Twenty-five days of Christmas, twenty-five fun and inspiring workouts. Update now to be able to open the first calendar door on December 1st. Once you have this version, you’ll see the advent calendar widget on your start screen in the app.
Also:
• You can now change the color of planned workouts and templates when editing them.
• “Retrieve from log” is no longer shown as an option when it’s not an option due to the exercise having variables incompatible with it.
• Removed the option to hide exercises since it’s an outdated feature from a long time ago in a galaxy far away.
• Fixes a lot of silly bugs that were walking around too sillyingly.
