SuperFit integrates with the Apple Health app to give you a detailed look at various health and fitness metrics. It also allows you to set goals for weight, steps & more!
We currently support viewing metrics for the following items:
Move, Stand, Exercise, Steps, Heart Rate, Active Energy Burned, Flights Climbed, Walking Heart Rate Average, Distance Walking/Running, Weight, Resting Heart Rate, Stand Minutes, Water, Resting Energy, Swimming Distance, Swimming Strokes, Cycling Distance, and Environmental Sound Levels
Set daily goals for Step Count, Flights Climbed, Distance Walking/Running, Weight, Stand Minutes, Water, Swimming Distance, Swimming Strokes, and Cycling Distance
View daily, weekly, monthly, 7 day, and 30 day totals and averages for most metrics
Show/Hide types and change thy order they appear by going to the layout section in settings
