Since creating TABATA SONGS in 2011, we’ve been welcomed with open arms by fitness enthusiasts and their communities around the world. From Runners and CrossFit athletes to YMCA group fitness members, Spinning to Bootcamps, instructors and athletes in 89 countries have been using the music in their homes, gyms, outdoors and on travel adventures.
By 2020, when our YouTube channel surpassed 100 Million Views, it became clear to us that our users were not only looking to us for music to replace their tabata timer, but also for affordable and accessible workouts that they could follow along with. Thus, TABATA PLUS was born!
