Taboota workouts are available in MANY lengths — with most workouts ranging from 5 minutes to 1
hour.

How Taboota Works:
- Instructors complete a Taboota profile and post workout videos.
- Users create an account to access videos and complete workouts. Navigate the library through filtering or search to easily find, say, a 10-minute core class or 30-minute strength circuit.
- After the workout, recommend the class. The recommendation system helps users find the best workouts.
- Create challenges, see a weekly leaderboard, and compete with friends, family, and other fitness enthusiasts.
