TNP is a nutrition platform created by James Fender, who has 6 years of experience as a nutritionist, has created his own brand Fplan and working with thousands of clients in person and online. Additionally he has been running a successful Crossfit box and gym for over 10 years.

Now he has created this app where you will have your own meal plan created by an experienced nutritionist, based on the use of calculations such as the Harris-Benedict equation, tailored to your fitness and activity. These meal plans are balanced in macronutrients for any goal for a variety of diet types iifym, ketogenic, vegan..... taking the guesswork out of nutrition and achieving results. It also allows you to stay connected to TNP affiliated gyms and trainers who can further assist you by providing any support and accountability needed.
