TIM - This Is Me Confidence App and programs is your tool for building your self confidence as a dancer and as a human being. The app includes:
- 6 Week Confidence Challenge - the BASE for your confidence. An intensive 6 week program, which gives you various tools from gratitude and visualization to confidence through movement to use daily with no more than 5-15 minutes each day.
- Keep at It - weekly inputs and diving deeper into specific themes from the 6 Week Confidence Challenge and more (e.g. dancer nutrition, meditation, building physical strength)
- Coming soon: Body Matters Intensive: BMI
It doesn't matter which dance style you practice, whether you are a student in a dance school or just started your professional career (ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, ballroom dancing, dance competitions etc.), higher level of confidence and being in touch with your true self will give you that edge needed to reach the next level.
The program includes elements, such as focus, visualization, practicing gratitude, forgiveness, meditation, breath and breathing, moving with confidence, journaling, affirmations, kindness, energy, manifesting, law of attraction.

By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync.
The download of T.I.M. This Is Me is free of charge. Should you use T.I.M. This Is Me app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:
Free plan(s) - available to subscribe free of charge.
Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
