Trot Your Globe’s dance fitness program was the highest calorie-burner at the 2020 Fit Night Out in Cape Town, as reported by the host, Women’s Health South Africa. 

Now you can also burn these calories by live-streaming these loved fitness classes from anywhere in the world, in the safety and comfort of your home.

The instructors are able to see & engage with class participants using their front phone cameras, making it easy to adjust the moves for the class's fitness level. 

Classes include:
Yoga, Kick-box, Body Conditioning, Step aerobics, Toning, Functional Training, HIIT (high intensity interval training, and Pilates classes.

Live coverage of wellness events are accessed by attending participants, which includes:
- Exclusive viewing by schools that have booked a fitness event with Trot Your Globe instructors
- Exclusive viewing during live fitness events and event-replays made available to those that were attending the events
- Wellness talks given to corporate clients, organisations and groups that exclusively book Trot Your Globe psychologists.
- Early check-in during public fitness events is provided electronically on the app for ticket holders.

You can expect these exciting features on our app:

• LIVE classes & compatibilty: 
Livestream classes straight through the mobile app, which can alternatively connect to your laptop zoom for a larger view. 

• Interactive fitness classes:
Our highly experienced professional instructors can see you and you can see them in real time. This enables them to correct the participants' fitness-techniques, and to adjusted the intensity through progression & regression which suits the participants’ fitness levels.

• Book your class attendance: 
You can prompt the app to send an email to the booking facilitators. 
This is executed by navigating to the ‘classes’ tab, clicking on any timetable entry, and then selecting ‘request booking’.

• Song voting: 
Users are able to vote for songs that will be added on the playlists that the instructors play during dance-fitness classes. 

Most dance-fitness class lovers appreciate this feature because participants workout to their favourite songs, suggestions are submitted to on feedback@trotyourglobe.com so they can also get added to the list of songs.

• Fitness Device Integration: 
Users will be able to integrate their Fitbit watches on to the Trot Your Globe app, this feature is available on app versions provided after 2021. Other fitness device integration will be made available within future upgrades
