Our goal at Urban Meditation is to maximize your meditation experience making it easy for you to reach a meditative state. Our meditations are audio guided on warm infrared lava floors, we aromatherapy, light therapy, crystals, oils which are all designed to help you reach a meditative state easily.

With consistent practice you will find yourself make better decisions, feeling more positive and have the ability to make life’s challenges easier to deal with.

We wanted to make meditation easy and effortless and not to mention FAST. So with that in mind we created a 30 minute immersive experience that calms your senses and is scientifically proven to calm the central nervous
