The dashboard shows all your key stats together with an interactive graph that visualises your progress.

One of the key features of Weight-Mate is the ability to submit weigh-ins in a different unit to that displayed throughout the rest of the app. For example, do you prefer to see your weight-loss journey displayed in Stones and Pounds but your new set of scales only measures in Kilograms or Pounds? No problem in Weight-Mate! Simply set the App and Graph Display to Stones and the Weigh-in setting to Pounds or Kilograms. The app handles all required conversions for you to make everything simple.

Introducing Weight-Mate Plus! The basic version hasn't changed but you can now upgrade to Weight-Mate Plus in the app for a very small fee. Upgrading to Weight-Mate Plus provides the following new features:
* Apple Health Integration - once you've granted permission, Weight-Mate will save your weigh-in data to Apple Health.
* Landscape Mode - the dashboard and graph can be viewed landscape, making them easier to read.
* Item Zoom - tap on any of the dashboard widgets or a weigh-in history row to see them larger, and with added detail.
* New Gold Plus Icon - a shiny gold Weight-Mate Plus icon that you can show-off with to all your friends.
