This watch-only app uses the classic "traffic light" system to help kids self-assess their emotional state. This is a great way to teach kids self-regulation.
A cute animation is shown when a traffic light is chosen to make the app more fun for kids.
You can choose when and how often a notification appears to remind the wearer to rate their own emotional state.
