Control the player to move in the field and swing the stick when the ball comes, use the mouse to rotate the stick in the 4 corners East, West, South, North and hold the button to gather force to hit the ball. The unaffected shadow will continue to bounce within the rectangular perimeter of the frame. Occasionally there will be a red ball flying fast or a yellow ball flying slowly.
Hit as many balls as you can, if you are hit by the ball but don't hit it in time, you will lose.
