Your Agency. Their Legacy.
Welcome to Hollywood Player - the deepest talent management simulation on mobile. Build your agency from nothing, sign promising actors, and guide their careers through the glamour, chaos, and ruthless politics of the entertainment industry.
Every decision matters. Every scandal has consequences. Every star rises or falls by your hand.
THE LIFE OF AN AGENT
Your clients aren't just stats - they're people with dreams, flaws, and complicated lives. An actor driven by artistic integrity will resent being pushed into commercials. A volatile talent might deliver a career-defining performance - or implode on set. A rising star's secret relationship could become tomorrow's tabloid headline.
You'll manage their careers, but you'll also manage their humanity.
BUILD CAREERS ACROSS ENTERTAINMENT
FILM - From micro-budget indies to tentpole blockbusters
TELEVISION - Broadcast dramas, prestige streaming, limited series
THEATRE - Local stages to Broadway and the West End
COMMERCIALS - Quick money, but at what cost to credibility?
Match actors to roles based on their unique abilities - physicality, emotional range, voice, charisma, improvisation, psychology, and screen presence. The right role elevates a career. The wrong one can end it.
SURVIVE THE SPOTLIGHT
Fame is a double-edged sword. As your clients rise, so does the scrutiny.
Manage the fallout from tabloid exposes, relationship drama, tell-all memoirs from bitter exes, substance issues, mental health crises, legal troubles, blackmail attempts, and career-ending scandals.
Choose your response carefully. Deny, confirm, deflect, or get ahead of the story. Hire PR firms, lawyers, or crisis managers. Some fires can be contained. Others must burn out.
PROTECT THEIR WELLBEING
Push too hard and your clients will break. Monitor exhaustion, stress, and scrutiny. Schedule breaks. Build support networks. A burnt-out actor delivers poor performances. A happy, healthy client builds a legacy.
CHASE GLORY
Awards season brings opportunity and heartbreak. Navigate the Lumiere Awards (Film), Broadcast Circle Awards (Television), and Marquee Awards (Theatre). Celebrate victories. Console losses. Watch careers transform with a single win - or crumble under a Worst Performance nomination.

What's New in Hollywood Player
The Living World Update: Part 1 is here, and this release squashes a big batch of bugs across your agency's biggest deals and contracts. Everything's running smoother than ever — and this is just the beginning, with more of the Living World still to come.
Fixed in this update:
TV renewals now stick. Accept a renewal for the next season and it stays firmly on your actor's schedule instead of vanishing once their break ends. Season 2 is going ahead.
End-of-season pay is correct. Renewal negotiations now actually matter — your actor is paid the per-episode rate and episode count you agreed at the table, not a flat default.
Write-outs work as intended. Temporary and permanent write-out requests behave correctly through the renewal flow.
Multi-picture deals now reach the stars who deserve them. Elite talent will finally be approached for multi-picture deals as their heat climbs.
Deal pictures get booked. Accept a picture under a multi-picture deal and it lands on your actor's calendar — one picture at a time, with no more weekly flood of offers.
Direct offers get booked too. Accept a studio's direct project offer and the film is properly scheduled to shoot.
Direct offers show the money up front. The fee for the role now appears right in the offer email, so you know what you're signing for.
Fair paydays. Direct offer fees are now in line with an actor's standing, so payouts and your commission make sense.
Smarter deal jeopardy. Heat maintenance on multi-picture deals is now judged against the level your actor signed at, so deals no longer collapse the moment they're inked.
More of the Living World is on the way. Thanks for playing — and keep the feedback coming!
