The object of the game is to navigate one's piece, with respect to the die rolls, from the start (square 1) to the finish (square 100).
There are snakes and ladders on the game board each connecting two specific board squares.
Upon entering these squares if it is a ladder player climbs to the upper end of the ladder and if it is a snakes player falls to the tail.
