Getting tired of looking for online tools to do simple string conversions for you? Not sure what happens with your strings when uploading them to some random website?
Convert String easily converts any of your strings into the desired string. Currently the following features are included:
• Lower- and uppercasing, capitalizing, and reversing
• AMA, AP, APA, Bluebook, CMOS, MLA, NYT, and Wikipedia style formatting
• Encoding and decoding Base64, Hex, HTML, and URL
• Encoding and decoding ROT-5, ROT-13, ROT-18, and ROT-47
• Hashing to MD5, SHA1, SHA224, SHA256, SHA384, and SHA512
• Replacing characters or words within strings
• Sorting (and reverse sorting) with a range of separators
• Viewing a history of all conversions
• Exporting history to CSV, JSON, and XML
We respect your privacy. Nothing you enter into Convert String ever leaves your Mac. Convert String does not phone home.
