Maximum apologies for the delay!

This is mostly a performance and bug-fix release, but is noticeably snappier especially for users on macOS 10.11+:

- Fix scroller lag and jumpiness.
- Performance improvements for users on macOS 10.11 and newer.
- NEW! experimental insertion caret: it makes visible the glyph shape underneath it. Very useful in Arabic where letters are connected.
- Improve text zooming. Line heights and margins are now proportional.
- Fix bug where Markdown links were improperly shown in RTL context.
- Compatibility updates and fixes.
