Once completed, you will see a Compass plot diagram of your headache with your initial headache score, which you can track over time as your headaches improve. Within just a few weeks you will see trend screens showing your progress. Check in with the MigraineMentor for less than 3 minutes each day regardless of whether you have a headache or not. The MigraineMentor monitors your sleep, exercise, eating patterns, and medication use as well as suspected triggers like weather changes, stress, menstrual cycle, and others. With daily use, the app learns what prevents your headaches and which triggers set them off. Easy to understand charts help you see the real connection between positive behaviors, triggers, treatments, and your headaches.
