My CF Story

This is a self-management app specifically designed for children with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and their families in Ireland. The app was developed by Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin (OLCHC).

The app provides children with their own personal healthcare record which contains information about their CF. The record has been designed to allow children and their parents to keep together all the information that they may need to help manage their CF care. The app provides different sections where records of important information such as previous antibiotic treatments, throat swab results, and upcoming appointments can be kept. Any questions and information to and from members of the CF multidisciplinary team can be logged onto the app.
