This app allows service providers to fill out forms and add new clients that will synchronize to NextStep. If the app can not access the Internet, it allows the provider to work offline until there is an internet connection at which time they may synchronize their forms.

When creating new clients, if there is already a match for them a new instance will not be created.
Fixed numerous bugs.
