PICU Guidelines’ contains of a collection of critical care guidelines currently used by the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
The easy to use interface and navigation features make it easy for the user to quickly find the information they need and make this application a real joy to use. Important design features include:
• The option to browse guidelines by topic or to search by keywords.
• Automatically displaying your most recently viewed guidelines in chronological order.
• The ability to keep all your ‘Favourite Guidelines’ in one convenient list.
• The option to export the guidelines by email or print.
The application also contains a ‘Trainee’s Induction’ section where useful information about working on the unit can be found.
The guidelines will be updated at regular intervals as and when new reference documents become available.
