PsychChart can centralize all your client records. Your client's current status and ability to review their history quickly are always available. Store client release forms and documents encrypted and retained as part of their chart. Print client reports or mail password-encrypted PDF files. Easily interact with insurance billing companies. Record co-pays with automatic deductible tracking. Connects to your calendar to track client scheduling while maintaining client confidentiality: fully customizable reports, selection lists, and chart handling. Client records can be backed up to encrypted files. Archival of old sessions and inactive client migration is available as an add-on feature.
Client data is protected with two levels of data encryption with password access. On devices equipped with TouchID or FaceID, PsychChart supports Biometric access for either or both passwords. It fully supports light and dark modes and multiple windows if supported by your iPad.
Four clients are included without cost. You may upgrade to unlimited clients as a one-time payment.
We do not include advertisements and do not require an internet connection. PsychChart, as a medical application (EAR99), is exempt from export restrictions.
