Backing Band turns a chord chart into a real-sounding rhythm section — drums, bass, piano and guitar that actually groove — so you always have something musical to practice over. Lay out the changes to any tune, pick a feel, press play, and start soloing.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Build any progression — enter the chords, arrange your sections (intro, verse, chorus, solo, turnaround…), and the band plays them back.
• Pick a style — swing, bebop, shuffle blues, slow blues, classic & hard rock, funk, neo-soul, bossa nova, samba, reggae and more, each with its own groove, feel and arrangement.
• Make it yours — set the key, tempo and feel; reshape the groove section by section; balance or mute instruments in the mixer.
• Play and practice — loop the form, build your solos, lock in your time, and train your ears over a band that breathes.
