Operated by Access Sacramento, KUBU-LP 96.5 FM is Sacramento, California’s first community low-power FM radio station. We are all volunteer-programmed. KUBU is your neighborhood radio station serving central Sacramento and the surrounding areas. KUBU is “The Voice of Sacramento” offering local personalities and diverse musical entertainment and information about special events. For more than three decades, Access Sacramento has brought you voices and opinions that otherwise would not be heard. KUBU is proud to broadcast the Sacramento City Council and Sacramento County board of Supervisors meetings live each week as part of our commitment to serve and inform Sacramento area residents. KUBU is supported in part by the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Television Commission, local underwriters and listeners just like you.
