BAKTRAK is a premium standalone Apple Watch App that works whether your device is online or offline. The focus of the app is to provide a quickly accessible button on your Apple Watch to save the current GPS location (and/or Point of Interest). When you press the button, the app immediately saves your location. Until you press the stop button, the app will show you the distance from you (and back) to that saved location as well as the bearing to it. Additionally, it will also show you the amount of time that has passed since you started the app.

BAKTRAK helps you to find the way back when you:

・separate from family or friends at a large outdoor event;
・are on a campus of a college or university;
・have left your car in an insanely large parking lot;
・are staying in a hotel in an unfamiliar city or country;
・simply find an interesting POI and would like to return to it later

BAKTRAK can also be used for approximate distance calculations. Press the Start button, walk to the next point and quickly see the distance from you and back to the saved point in real-time.

BAKTRAK has been proven to be extremely useful in the following cities and/or regions:

・Miami, FL (South Beach, Wynnwood, and Brickell)

・Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hollywood Beach/Boardwalk)

・New York, NY (Manhattan and Brooklyn)

・Seattle, WA (Seattle Center, Climate Pledge Arena, Lumen Field, Alki Beach, T-Mobile Park, Woodland Park Zoo, Discovery Park Conservatory, The Arboretum, UW Campus, and The Gorge Amphitheater)

・Savannah, GA (City Market, River Street, Tybee Island, Wormsloe Plantation, Bonaventure Cemetery, and SCAD Campus)

・Atlanta, GA (Buckhead, Centennial Olympic Park, Piedmont Park, Grant Park, Oakland Cemetery, SCAD Campus, Little Five Points, Stone Mountain Trail, Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park, Chastain Park, and Atlanta Beltline)

・Las Vegas Strip and CES

・Hawaii

・Charleston, SC

・Charlotte, NC

・Montego Bay, Jamaica (Hipstrip, Downtown, and Straw Market)

・Lima, Peru (El Campo de Marte)
