Something To Do is meant to be a place for you to keep track of all the places that you want to go or have been, in a way that makes sense to you and your brain. A way you can actually understand and use. But here's the best part: it also gives you recommendations from the places you've already defined that you want to go. Your own saved places, surfaced when you actually need them.
Currently, on Google Maps and Apple Maps, what I found is that they don't usually recommend you places that you have already saved... places you're actually interested in going to.
This is a problem. I already have a lot of places that I want to go to saved, but they just sit there. They don't surface when I'm exploring a neighborhood or looking for something nearby. It's frustrating to have all these places saved but never actually get to them because these apps don't remind you they exist, this what Something To Do aims to fix.
