Exclusively for our groups, the Ambassadors of Music app will display your daily itinerary along with descriptions of the destinations you visit. This very private app allows our groups to share photos with each other, and family at home can virtually follow along the trip, giving them peace of mind. A keepsake video will be made from these photos after the trip for the travelers to enjoy for a lifetime. The video and photos are available for each traveler to download and keep and stream to your smart TV.
The app helps manage communication and offers a traveler locator feature for an added safety benefit. This allows for the group to find each other on a map. It turns on the day of departure and off the day you return. For communicating, group leaders can message the entire group or an individual traveler. Travelers can message the group leaders, but not each other. Important documents like rooming lists, rules, assignments, plans, and itineraries can be uploaded through the app by the group leader so all communication is in one place.
Best of all, this app is very private. NO Emails, NO Phone numbers, NO account setup, and NO advertising. Each group has a unique username and password. Users put in their names so the pictures they share have it displayed over the picture. This makes it easy to insure only the best photos are shared that tells the story of your tour. And everyone gets acknowledgement of their contribution!
