Photo Club Hub
iOS Universel / Photo et vidéo
This app showcases photos made by amateur photography clubs.
It serves as a permanent online exposition that aims to cover numerous clubs. Clubs can be found by browsing, searching, and via built-in interactive maps. Club members can be found by name, keyword, or club affiliation.
Clubs can add themselves by making their membership list and links to their photos available online. These online JSON files can also be used to generate portfolio pages for existing club web sites. The app is open source.
Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
WHO'S WHO SCREEN
• Fix: image captions sometimes got truncated (if user increasing font size).
• Fix: placeholder text about personal website is no longer shown if that data is not available.
• Fix: only show birthdays if the data is provided and if birthday is within a few days.
• Birthdays, when shown, are shown animated for a few seconds (to draw attention).
PORTFOLIO SCREEN
• The "Load test clubs" toggle in iOS Settings now only controls loading of XampleMax and XampleMin. All real clubs are currently shown. Set the "Data refresh" toggle when you disable "Load test clubs". Otherwise the example clubs may show up for a while (they don't get loaded, but the app contains a stale copy).
DATA MAINTENANCE
• Data update for club fgOirschot.
• Forced a datareset at dataResetPending282b4647 (related to fgOirschot changes).
• Added 2 Dutch clubs (cVerbeelding, wgIVNBest).
DOCUMENTATION
• Created 800-word story in Dutch summarizing the both app versions (Nieuwsbrief Fotobond Brabant Oost, Aug 2025). You can find this on GitHub.
This build #4647 was made using Xcode 16.4 and will be in the App Store.
