A short reflection gives context, then you save it and move on.

Over time, your journal reveals patterns in where your energy goes. Filter decisions by category, weight, direction, or emotion and review detailed entries whenever you need clarity. The Patterns view shows average weight by category, recurring heavy or light decisions, and differences between pulling and pushing choices. The app offers insight without judgment. No accounts, no subscriptions, and no cloud storage. Your data stays on your device and can be exported as CSV or JSON whenever you choose.
