Here at Collage Interior Design or Collage ID, we wanted to use technology to reach a large number of people.

For ages, interior design has been something associated with art professionals. We wanted it to be available for everyone. Of course, interior design is not a simple facet of art; there are multiple technicalities involved. However, we used technology to develop an interface that eliminated these technicalities for the layman as much as possible.

What is the Collage ID Interface?

Collage ID is an application that can be easily used through a tablet/mobile/desktop. With Collage ID, anyone can decide their interior design. The user can take pictures of the furniture items they want and upload them to Collage ID. On the screen, they can move the pieces around, almost like a collage, and visualize the concept of their interiors.

Who Made Collage ID?

The group of interior designers behind Collage ID decided to use technology a bit differently. They used it to bring something professional to the wider world. Not everyone, especially, new college students or those just stepping into practical lives, can afford professional interior designs to create a look for their new dwellings.

The interface is highly easy to use given that almost everyone is familiar with smart phone application formats. The application features will help the user to plan the interior a bit more technically and skillfully compared to general designing.
