User Guide:
The app has three main sections, accessible from the bottom navigation:
* Habits: Track and manage your habits
* Journal: Record your thoughts and reflections
* Progress: View your habit completion statistics

Creating a New Habit
1. On the Habits screen, tap the '+' button
2. Enter the habit name
3. Set your target (how many times you want to do this per day/week/month)
4. Add optional notes
5. Tap 'Save’
Writing Journal Entries
1. Access the Journal tab
2. Tap the pencil icon to create a new entry
3. Write your thoughts
4. Select a mood using the color slider
5. Choose the time of day and reflection type
6. Optionally link to a habit
7. Save your entry
Tracking Progress
The Progress screen shows:
* Today's completed habits
* Total number of active habits
* Individual habit completion status
Tips
* Use the habit-linked journaling to reflect on your progress
* Track your mood to see patterns in your habit success
* Review your progress regularly to stay motivated
