The Database contains over 18,000 structural shapes and their engineering properties. The tool can perform simple beam and column stress analysis. It is ideal for use in the field.

Column Stress Analysis
• Axial loading with eccentricity
• Calculated combined stresses & slenderness ratios

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.

New Features:
• AISC W and Pipe shapes have been further categorized to help with shape selection
• Added N&cm and N&mm unit choices
• Added ability to clear all concentrated loads with a single button
• Recent shapes now available from the Shapes Category page
• Can change shapes directly from the Properties, Beam, Column, Cross-Section pages
• Added a new “Cross-Section” page, showing the member cross-section and dimensions
• Can now search for a particular shape from within a Shape Category
