The Bazaarvoice Live Events App enables Brands & Retailers to capture Ratings & Reviews on specific products at live in-person events where an internet connection may be poor or nonexistent.
Reviews can be collected during the live event and later pushed to your Bazaarvoice instance when the device has a reliable internet connection. The reviews received through the Live Events App are tagged with a customizable Campaign ID for reporting purposes. These reviews also undergo the same Bazaarvoice moderation process as reviews received through other content collection methods such as your website's Bazaarvoice integration.
The Live Events App is an ideal solution to collect reviews at fairs, festivals, trade shows, focus groups, sales visits, or anywhere internet connectivity is limited or unknown.

Bug fix: resolved crash when publishing reviews
Fixed a crash that occurred when tapping "Publish All Submissions" in the Admin view. The crash was caused by unexpected data types returned during iteration over stored review data — specifically submissionData and photo arrays — which newer iOS versions handle less gracefully than previous versions. Added type-safety guards so these values are validated before iteration, preventing the crash.
