THE FRAMEWORK
1. Timeline Segmentation — Five non-overlapping stages (8W, 4W, 1W, Moving Day, After Move) bind every task to the correct lead time, eliminating "last-minute scramble" failure modes.
2. Inventory Control — A two-level Room → Box hierarchy maps every item to a numbered container with status (empty, packing, sealed) and free-form contents.
3. Progress Visibility — Two independent KPIs (Task Completion %, Packing Progress %) prevent false confidence from completing only one dimension.

DATA OWNERSHIP
Your data lives only on your device. There is no cloud sync, no analytics SDK, no third-party tracker. Delete the app and the data goes with it.
