Bug fixes and reliability improvements for cloud backup and sync.

• Fixed an issue where the "cloud backup is newer" prompt could appear repeatedly on launch
• Changing your display name now automatically syncs to your cloud backup
• Restoring your account from a recovery key now correctly saves your backup password — Backup Now and your recovery key will work immediately after restore
• Fixed an issue where restoring on a new device could overwrite your account identity with the old one
• Back navigation now works correctly on all settings screens on web
• Backup and sync operations no longer freeze the app on launch
