The Newforma® Capture app provides one place for capturing project data in the field. The app integrates with Newforma project information management software used in the office and job trailer, eliminating data entry errors and effort.
• Use the Capture app to gather construction quality control tasks, such as punch lists.
• Move quickly through the site – the app stores data locally until you upload it, permitting faster captures.
• For each captured item, define what it is, where you observed it and, if applicable,
who needs to respond, and when.
• Snap, mark up, and attach photos to captured items.
• Upload items to Newforma software at the office or job trailer, where you and other team members can manage captured information and photos.
• To act on captured items, use the Newforma® Tasks app.

The Capture app now allows a maximum of 1,024 characters in the subject & description fields for relevant activity center for Newforma Project Center version 2025.1 and later.
Note: Please refrain from adding more than 255 characters for NPC 2024.3 or lower since this may cause some loss of data.
