Read-Only Notebooks
Protect any notebook from accidental edits — mark it read-only in Notebook Properties.

Redesigned Sync Status
A clearer sync indicator shows progress at a glance, with an "unsynced changes" dot so you always know what's pending. You can now close a notebook while it's still syncing, and each notebook remembers its sync state between launches.

Faster, More Reliable Sync
• Notebooks now sync in parallel, so multiple notebooks finish faster
• iCloud: slow transfers now recover instead of hanging, with clearer error messages
• OneDrive & OneNote: fixed notebooks reopening with the wrong name and deleted sections reappearing
