Service Callback Notes is a paid, local-first question packet for manually tracking promised callbacks from service desks, support teams, clinics, repair desks, delivery desks, and billing teams.
Add callback rows with service name, callback promise, expected date note, reference note, contact attempt, outcome note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review due callbacks, missing expected dates or references, next questions, and packet readiness, then copy a selected question packet or export all rows as CSV when you choose.
The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not place calls, record calls, read contacts, read email, read messages, schedule calendar events, send reminders, connect to service portals, connect to banks, connect to cards, or connect to payment accounts. It does not contact providers, submit support tickets, provide legal advice, provide financial advice, provide medical advice, provide repair advice, require an account, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to an external server.
