USU's Valuemation software is a product suite for IT service management and enterprise service management. Valuemation Mobile is an extension of USU's Valuemation software for mobile devices. The app supports end users in self-service as well as support staff and service technicians in the mobile processing of incidents/tickets and service requests.
All relevant information at a glance:
•“My Services” shows the end user which services he currently uses. In the details you can call up further information about the service and display the current tickets for the service.
•“My systems” shows the end user which systems are booked onto him and their status as well as the associated components.
•Important messages about malfunctions, already known problems, pending maintenance work, etc. are displayed directly, as are personal tasks.
Fast information research:
•For search queries, known solutions and instructions are researched in the knowledge base.
•Frequently used search suggestions are automatically displayed according to the search entry.
•The personal search history shows the documents/objects found in previous searches.
Efficient mobile ticket entry and processing:
•End users can independently apply for IT and non-IT products and services.
•Tickets can be created quickly with the step-by-step instructions and can be accepted and processed directly – even in offline mode.
•Important information is automatically collected through preassigned fields.
