New Features


Real time updates! - All devices connect with your account now sync in real time. This allows you to see edits and updates made by other users as they happen.
Note: this is a very large system change. In this change we lost the ability to edit task templates on our mobile app. However, this feature will be reintroduced in a following releases.

Tasks event scheduling - Tasks now use a new event model.
Note: In our previous model you could only see events 7 days out. This model allows you to go to any day in the future to see what tasks you might need to complete on that day. Future tasks cannot yet be completed ahead of schedule. But we have this on our roadmap.

Checklist item information - A drive item can now be added directly to a checklist item instead of only on the main task.

Bug fixes & other Improvements

Tasks created by users from a template now start when they are created
Improved UI for task templates and scheduling on mobile
Accounts with multiple locations with time zones sometimes experienced improper date and time adjustments. This is now resolved.
Other small bug fixes and improvements
