The Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) develops educational programs and services, and facilitates connections and interaction between employers who seek to hire college students & alumni, the career services personnel who serve those students, and the associate members who serve the profession.

EACE develops professionals… by hosting conferences, webinars, and workshops, which allow members to keep abreast of industry trends while also earning continuing education credits (CEU). The association provides opportunities for members to build and/or demonstrate leadership skills by serving as a board member, committee, or conference chair. Additionally, members are encouraged to present on their areas of expertise at workshops and publish through the Bridges Blog.

EACE connects members… in person through the annual conference, regional networking events, Road Trips to the Real World program, and Professional Exchange program. As well as through technology via webinars, our online directory, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

EACE maximizes your personal and organizational brand…by offering organizations the ability to sponsor, post jobs, exhibit, advertise, host a Professional Exchange site visit, or Road Trips to the Real World site visit. Your personal brand is impacted by how involved you get with EACE.
