Audiomoji lets you send emojis with sound effects in your text messages.
When you type a text message you pick emojis and hear the sound that goes with them. Other iOS users will be able to see your emoji text and can play the sound after they download the app.
If you are receiving an Audiomoji message for the first time, just download the app once and you will be able to send Audiomoji messages to all your friends too!
