If you have a PGA swing coach, the app allows you to share your MindTRAK ‘Scorecard’, ‘KPM Trend Graph’ and a ‘Summary Report’. The reports allow your coach to design customized programs specifically tailored from your performance data to improve your game. If you don’t have a coach, you can self-track or self-quantify from your performance reports.

PRACTICE
Whether applied during play or in a post-round review, our protocol will develop a golfer’s mindset to detach emotionally from results and empower play at a higher level. Mindset improves by shifting attentional focus onto MindTRAK’s two Key Performance Markers (KPMs) of each shot. Our thought technique is the model to perform successfully in pressure situations.
