Formasync Trainer was designed from the beginning for the Apple Watch. It can run completely separate from the iPhone with a Series 3 or later Apple Watch and an internet connection. We built an easy to understand interface for the Apple Watch showing you exactly what you need to concentrate on now and what is coming up next. Simple in-app feedback allows us to customize your workout as you progress, helping you break through plateaus and progress your training even faster.
Our signature speech synthesis allows us to guide you through your workout & countdown rest intervals so you can keep your workout moving. You can concentrate on your form, and we can tell you what is next. We want to free you from constantly staring at your device.
Choose from 3 subscription levels to help you Get Fit Today! See the In App Subscription information. Within each subscription level you will have access to all the Programs in that level, as well as the Programs in the lower levels.
Standard Programs - Our signature programs at an affordable monthly or yearly subscription price.
Featured Programs - Curated from talented Personal Trainers and reviewed/updated often. Eventually you will be able to communicate with the Personal Trainer for your program and get an even more personalized experience.
Celebrity Programs - Once available, the Programs will be supplied by some of your favorite fitness celebrities at a reasonable price point for their expertise.
A simple iPhone experience is also available for those times you want more information, or just forgot your Apple Watch. An additional website is available to review your data and manage your account as well.

We may request access to your Health data to integrate with Apple's Health app when starting a workout in order to track your workouts.
We do not store any health sensitive data other than the number of calories burned during a workout, and a general overview of the heart zones you achieved during a workout.
