BSecure is a mobile based intelligent security application used for tracking everyone who enters your building/apartment. Security at the Gate/Gate keeper authenticates each visitor with Photos /Takes Photos before providing access to the building/apartment. A visitor may be a delivery person, cab driver, Maid, friends or relatives. Essentially, anyone who is not a resident of the apartment is a visitor. BSecure is used to enhance the safety of the gated communities. It eliminates paper record books and manual tracking of visitors at your building/apartment. BSecure ensures that only visitors, delivery executives and daily staff approved by residents gain access to the premises, enhancing security and unlocking a host of other benefits for the whole community.

Visitor Management: Traditionally when any visitor arrives at the main gate they are expected to make a manually entry in the register which is followed by an intercom call that the security guard makes, this whole process takes about 10 to 15 min which is very tedious and hence we have come up with very easy solution, Get phone notifications authorise and view when a new visitor arrives. Receive visitor photo identity before anyone knocks at your door. Pre-check-in guests for smooth entry at the gate. Generate unique codes for your personal guests to safe guard privacy and define custom time periods.

Add Members: Residents can add names & phone numbers of members who live together so that visitor notifications get sent to everyone with the same flat number. No limitations.

Add Vehicles: Residents can add plate number & image of the vehicles which they own so that they need not stop at the gate.

Child Safety: Safety and security of every resident is our utmost priority. When the child tries to exit the gate the parents will instantly receive a push notification. Even parents can add child to exit from the gate for particular time period.

Courier Service: Helping the courier to reach you easier, user can ask gatekeeper to collect their courier at the gate.

Threat Alert: User can send alarm to security if there is any fire, stuck in lift, animal threat, visitor threat or medical emergency.

Approve / Decline: The app provides flat residents a feature to allow or disallow visitors coming into their flat so that the main gate security guard can take necessary action.

Notice Board: An intuitive way to convey important information to the residents uploaded by committee.

Residents: You will find the details of your apartment residents, Emergency Contacts and management committee contacts.

My Helpers: Say goodbye to all your hassles related to domestic help, you will be notified in your phone on your real time basis when your domestic help checks into the society. You can view your maid daily attendance.

Complaint Box: Residents can raise a complaint limited to the community such as parking issues, repair, fixes etc. and track them to closure. Raised complaints can be viewed by all the residents.

Vacant Flats: Flat owners can update their flat details if it’s vacant and ready for rental. Owners can manage the tenants with workflows and easy status updates.

Admin Panel: The management committee has access to this web and app tool to manage everything that it needs.

Intercom: When user doesn’t respond to the notifications, a call will be triggered to the respective flat through IVR . User can respond by pressing 1/2 to allow/deny entry.
