You are not alone! More and more people are coming to this realization. We refer to this hidden treasure as our HUMAN POTENTIAL - yearning to be expressed. Getting in touch with this infinite source of joy and fulfillment can be challenging in a "doing-ness" focused world where a premium is put on action, performance and productivity. Slowing down into our "being-ness" and getting in touch with our essence is often considered a luxury reserved to a select few, yet it is the path we must take before we can feel completely alive.
At Being at Full Potential we strongly believe that the joy coming from expressing our infinite Human Potential should be accessible to everyone. In fact we are convinced that it is the only way to fully unleash the creativity needed to break through the current challenges we are facing as humanity.
"When the Being comes alive, the Doing thrives" has been our motto for the past 10+ years. In that period we have extensively researched and experimented with the core building blocks of Human Potential Realization. Over and over again we see our clients make quantum shifts when they slow down and bring their attention to the underlying human qualities that bring joy into our lives (like compassion, gratitude, play and trust). The more these inner states get expressed the more meaningful our lives become and inevitably the more impact we are able to have. At the core of our work lies the Human Potential Assessment Tool which measures our potential utilization today and identifies the levers enabling further growth in the future.

The Human Potential APP invites you to take a psychometric survey of 83 questions. Upon completion you will unlock a framework (referred to as the Human Potential HOUSE). This will be your portal into a fun, profound, yet very practical self development journey. By clicking through on one of the DIMENSIONS of the HOUSE you will be prompted with a number of challenges / exercises that help you grow in that specific area. As you experiment with them in your work / life context you will notice the positive impact it is having on the people around you. Your observations can then be fed back into the APP where you will also be able to keep track of your progress in your chosen area of development.
Objectives of the APP:
1. Make personal development a fun, engaging and integrated part of the daily work / life activities. Through the APP experience, personal development becomes a new ritual, part of a daily practice that everyone can do in their own time.
2. Make human potential development more cost effective and accessible to ALL people - not just those who can afford a coach
3. Track and monitor on an on-going basis the impact that the APP interventions are having on your level of inner happiness and fulfillment.
