FIND DEALS - Using our advanced filters, you can easily search for a house 30%-50% below the market average, or search for a property with a $100k profit potential, or search for the deals that have been on the market for 5 days or less so that you can act on them first.

CALCULATE PROFITS - The app includes a profit calculator so that you can quickly estimate how much money you could make if you flip or rent a property. Calculate profits for a flip, and for rentals, you can calculate yearly profits, total accumulated profits, cash on cash returns, and equity over time.

DealEstates Agent Monthly Subscription is an auto-renewable subscription for viewing real estate properties. The cost is $49.99/month. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
