SPOT CHECK INVENTORY — YOUR ON-THE-GO MINI 4TH STEP
Resentment is the number one offender. The Spot Check Inventory lets you quickly work through resentments, fears, sex conduct, and harms done — right from your phone. Based on the personal inventory process in Step 10 (the tenth step) of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, this tool helps with daily ups and downs when people or events throw you off balance.
