You can order a cleaning service from the app and also share entry permissions with the cleaning team. No need to even leave your house to get the property set for the next guest.

• Property Information
Leave the most important information about your property for your guests. Share Wi-Fi access and if you have the house rules.

• Security Mode
Premo informs you in real-time. Get push notifications in case of unusual activities like a motion detected in your house when nobody should be there and if someone tried to open the window or door

• Accident Prevention
The Premo sensors will track if there is a gas leak or if there is a fire and will notify you immediately.

• Multiple properties
Even if you manage multiple Airbnb rentals, you can switch between and stay in control of everything.

You receive an access code on your Airbnb messenger. Enter the code into the Premo app and you unlock the property including your host’s recommendation for the time you stay

You have easy access to the most essential information your host has left for you.

• Security Mode (Guest)
Once you have set the property in security mode nobody can get in without you knowing it. Not even your host.
