The next time you open your 311 app, it may look different. As of April 2025, the 311 app will have a new look and some new features:
· Instant updates: the Calgary 311 app now updates your service requests in real-time.
· Over 90 City services available, including assistance with garbage & recycling, potholes, tax information, bylaw concerns, business licensing and fire inspections.
· Attach multiple photos: include up to three photos when submitting a service request, allowing for more detailed and effective reporting.
· News updates: a live news display offers the latest updates and announcements from The City, all in one convenient place.
