This app is used in conjunction with the Weatherdock easyTRX2S AIS Class B device. You can connect to the unit via WiFi. You just need the IP address and port number of the device within your WLAN. Once you are connected to the easyTRX2S, you get all important information concerning the programmed data (e.g. MMSI, ship's name, call sign, etc.). Additionally you are able to do a diagnostic, that shows the "health" of the easyTRX2S (e.g. GPS position fix available, number of GPS satellites, receiver and transmitter status, etc.).
Last but not least you can change the static data and the interface settings (e.g. baud rate, target filtering, multiplexer behavior and output routing).

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
CPA-Distance unit has now the correct value. GPS-Diagnostic view is added.
