APP allowing user to stream camera video to other parties.
This APP will allow support agents, and experts to view what customers wants to show through video streaming capabilities using back camera of your iOS device. Customers will directly install the app on mobile device by clicking on shared link through SMS.
During the interaction agent will have below facilities:
1) Access customers rear camera
2) Flash light control
3) Screen highlighter to highlight specific area on the video stream
3) Share camera shots with customers.
The app does not allow agents to access any data on customers device.
